To make the most of this list:
Clustering by Location: Group visits by area. The Haram, Faydhiya, Najafi Library, museums, and the traditional bazaar are all within walking distance in the city center. Jamkaran and the Maqam of Nabi Khidr can be combined in one trip.
Transport: The Bird Garden is on the outskirts (near Mu’id Square), and Kashan is about a 1.5-hour drive. These will require a taxi or private car.
Transportation: Walk between central sites (Haram, bazaar, museums). Use Snapp (Iranian ride-hailing app) or hotel-arranged taxis for Jamkaran and the Bird Garden.
Opening Hours: Confirm Mulla Sadra’s Home and museum hours in advance. The Bird Garden is open 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Cultural Sensitivity: Dress modestly everywhere—more strictly at religious sites. Women need a headscarf in public.
